I contacted Mr Befeler and 2 other attorneys the first week in September 2024 who specialized in condominium laws. Mr Befeler promptly responded and I never heard from the others. I had been dealing with rats at Patriot Square Condominiums since February 2024. I had contacted the HOA and Resource Property Management immediately regarding the issue. I never received adequate response or communication to the situation. My initial appointment with Mr Befeler was October 8, 2024 but unfortunately Hurricane Helene postponed it and my rescheduled meeting was October 17, 2024. Then Hurricane Milton happened October 10, 2024 and I had to reschedule for the third time for October 29, 2024. I found myself in need of legal representation on an issue with an uncooperative homeowner's association in FL. I reached out to the local BAR association who gave me Mr Befeler's name.
